Trusted Housesitters connects home and pet owners to solve a common two-sided problem – pet care and cost effective travel – by facilitating high quality pet care and ethical, authentic travel experiences at minimal cost.
What we did
We were approached by Brighton-based global marketplace TrustedHousesitters to help with the redesign of their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software dotmailer.
The new design, which had some complex elements and items of content, had to be implemented onto a series of email marketing templates.
We also designed various printed marketing materials such as leaflets, posterss and adverts for TrustedHousesitters.
“We commissioned Anna at Freeway Projects to carry out a full-scale overhaul of our CRM templates, working on a new system for the business (dotmailer) and incorporating some complex items of content. It’s a pleasure to work with Anna – she absorbs a brief, asks the right questions, and then takes the project away to work on efficiently and with a great eye for detail. We were so pleased with the initial project that we’ve since returned to ask her to work on some offline adverts and flyers.”
