Illustrative map design

East Devon Excellence promotes the beautiful region of East Devon promoting a selection of award winning restaurants and leisure facilities to help you plan that extra special holiday break and experience. We were commissioned to design an illustrative map at elevated angle capturing the beautiful Jurassic Coast and villages of East Devon.

What we did

Freeway Projects was commissioned to design a beautiful illustrative map at a slight elevated angle, capturing the stunning  landscape of the Jurassic World Heritage Coast with the picturesque towns of Exmouth, Beer, Branscombe, Sidmouth, Ottery St. Mary, Honiton, Axminster, Colyton and Lyme Regis in East Devon. The map illustrates the South West Coast Path and the East Devon Way as well as the major routes and areas of outstanding beauty.

Working with the fantastic marketing team at the Donkey Sanctuary, we also designed the logo and a 6 page folded leaflet with the map on the back to highlight recommended and award-winning 4 star or above, places to eat and stay as well as the best places to visit for a day out in East Devon.
